We are seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst with a focus on Corporate Services. The purpose of this role is to drive business improvement and operational efficiency by analysing business requirements, identifying technology-enabled solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of systems, processes, and digital capabilities that support the Group's Corporate Services business strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver and enhance business solutions, including workflow automation, system integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technology solutions that improve business performance.
  • Support, maintain, and continuously improve Corporate Services applications and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and drive permanent solutions to recurring problems.
  • Manage system upgrades, releases, data processes, and business solution documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with technology governance, cyber security, and data privacy standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
  • Mentor team members and support the day-to-day management of Business Solutions resources.
  • Contribute to recruitment activities and the ongoing development of the Technology function.

You should bring:

  • Experience supporting a multi-jurisdictional corporate or professional services environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using Power Automate and Power BI to deliver automation and reporting solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technology to business challenges.
  • Experience working within a technology or change management environment.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and workflow platforms (ideally Intapp) would be advantageous.
  • Experience with data transformation and manipulation using T-SQL would be beneficial.
  • A relevant degree, IT, or Project Management qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.
