Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited is looking for an Assistant Corporate Manager to join one of Bermuda's newest and fastest-growing corporate service provider businesses. We are fully integrated with the global Carey Olsen law firm group and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client service within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

As part of our entrepreneurial team, you will manage a portfolio of clients and support the delivery of high-quality corporate services. Working with a diverse range of companies, LLCs and partnerships, you will help ensure their ongoing compliance and support their governance and corporate administration requirements.

You will also be encouraged to contribute to the continued growth of the business by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve client service and support strong compliance and risk management practices.

Key Duties include:

  • Managing a portfolio of client entities and acting as a key client contact
  • Preparing minutes, resolutions and corporate documentation
  • Maintaining corporate records, statutory registers and regulatory filings
  • Reviewing Client Due Diligence documentation and supporting compliance requirements
  • Coordinating incorporations, entity transfers and corporate transactions
  • Liaising with clients, regulators, auditors and directors
  • Supporting business development activities and junior team members

We are looking for candidates who bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a client-focused approach, together with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years' corporate services experience in a professional services environment
  • Chartered Governance Professional (CGI) qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Bermuda corporate regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing board meetings and preparing minutes
  • Previous supervisory or mentoring experience
  • Proficiency in Viewpoint and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organisational and client relationship skills
