Technology Adminstrator (VA861)

We are seeking an individual to join the Technology team in our Southampton office, to Coordinate and manage the administrative functions within the technology team to help assist in the smooth running of technology operational processes. 

Principal duties will include:

  • Manage the end-to-end Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process, ensuring timely and accurate user access provisioning, changes and removals.
  • ​Administer user accounts and access across business systems, maintaining security and access controls throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Coordinate contractor and third-party access, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance.
  • Support access governance activities, including access reviews, recertification, audit evidence and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of user access, compliance activities and operational processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of access management processes, controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support across Technology operations, governance activities and team initiatives.
  • Manage technology procurement, including purchase orders, supplier coordination and invoice administration.
  • Maintain technology asset inventories and support asset audits and reconciliation activities.
  • Conduct operational, security and compliance audits, tracking actions through to completion.
  • Maintain technology documentation, knowledge articles, procedures and self-service resources.
  • Manage supplier records and support vendor onboarding and due diligence activities.
  • Coordinate technology-related compliance activities and policy administration.
  • Support team logistics, including calendars, travel arrangements and operational planning.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues to support efficient service delivery.

What we are looking for:

3-years previous experience of working in an administrative role is required. Specific process training related to this role will be provided as part of this role. Being able to evidence an interest in Technology is an advantage.

The chosen individual will be expected to work 35 hours per week with 60 minutes for lunch – standard working hours are 09:00 am to 5:00pm.​
