We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant (Reception & Office Support) to join our Cayman Islands office. This is a varied, hands-on role involving regular interaction with clients, visitors and colleagues.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide internal and local messenger services, including the delivery, collection and distribution of documents, packages and confidential materials.
  • Process, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing client and office mail.
  • Provide daily reception cover, ensuring a professional and welcoming service for clients, visitors and colleagues.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, kitchens, stationery rooms and communal areas, ensuring they are presentable, organised and fully stocked.
  • Prepare and reset meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments as required.
  • Support Administrative Assistants and other business support teams with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, printing, binding and document preparation.
  • Provide additional support as required to help ensure the smooth running of the office.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

  • A minimum high school qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing a high standard of service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and work independently when required.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop professionally and take on new responsibilities.
  • A valid driver's licence would be an advantage.
  • A clean police clearance certificate is mandatory.

The role is based on a 37.5-hour working week, with standard working hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm and a 60-minute lunch break.
