As a Technology Trainer based in Southampton, you will design and deliver training that helps colleagues get more from technology. You will promote user adoption, embed best practice across legal and business processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Deliver technology inductions and training through face-to-face sessions, webinars, user guides and videos.
- Create and maintain training materials for different learning needs.
- Deliver training and digital adoption workstreams within technology implementation projects.
- Identify training requirements, knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and external technology and training suppliers.
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering in-person, remote and blended training.
- Knowledge of learning models and facilitation methods.
- Experience identifying training requirements and knowledge gaps.
- Knowledge of eLearning creation tools.
- Legal industry experience would be an advantage.
Who you are
You are professional, proactive and customer-focused, with strong organisational skills. You can manage multiple training initiatives, communicate confidently with stakeholders and work collaboratively to deadlines.
