Shape how testing is delivered across business change programmes.
As Test Manager at Carey Olsen, you will build an embedded testing capability and lead end-to-end testing across transformation programmes. Combining practical delivery with governance, you will give stakeholders evidence that solutions meet requirements and are ready to implement.
Based in Jersey and reporting to the Group Head of Project Delivery, you will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, technical teams, suppliers and business testers across Carey Olsen’s offices.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Establish a proportionate testing approach with clear standards and entry and exit criteria.
- Own Master Test Plans, test cases, execution schedules, UAT coordination and completion reporting.
- Manage defect triage, prioritisation, resolution and retesting across teams and suppliers.
- Assess readiness, communicate risks and make evidence-based recommendations on go-live decisions.
- Improve testing templates, processes and guidance.
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading testing for technology implementation or business change projects through the testing lifecycle.
- Practical experience producing test strategies, plans, scripts and completion reports.
- Experience coordinating UAT and managing defects across teams or locations.
- Confidence using test and defect tracking tools, Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
- A relevant software testing qualification or equivalent practical experience in test management or Business Analysis.
