Amelia Tan to speak at Restructuring and Insolvency Academic Forum 2025
Carey Olsen Singapore Counsel, Amelia Tan, will be a moderator at the Restructuring and Insolvency Academic Forum (RIAF) 2025 organised by INSOL International Asia Hub on 6-7 November 2025. The forum is hosted at the National University of Singapore.
Amelia will be moderating the academic panel on "Insolvency and Society" which will showcase presentations including rescuing hospitals in insolvency, director incentives in voluntary insolvency (in Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong) and real estate insolvency and ESG integration.
The RIAF brings together a diverse group of scholars to present work examining legal frameworks, reform trajectories, and cross-border challenges shaping the region's evolving landscape, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia and emerging markets.
