Carey Olsen attending the 2nd Annual IBA Asset Recovery Conference 2024
Carey Olsen partners Denis Olarou and Tim Wright will be attending the event taking place at the Riu Plaza España, Madrid on the 4-6 December.
The theme for the event is 'tackling and conquering impediments to asset recovery'. The three day conference covers topics such as the role of regulators in asset recovery, asset tracing and recovery and the diamond industry, and the ongoing impact of sanctions on enforcement.
