Carey Olsen attending the Cambridge Forum on International Wealth Disputes 2019
Carey Olsen partners, Keith Robinson and Natasha Kapp, will be attending the forum, with Keith also presenting.
Keith Robinson and Natasha Kapp are both attending the Cambridge Forum on International Wealth Disputes between 16-18 October 2019.
Keith Robinson will also be co-presenting with Tom Fletcher, of Maitland Chambers, on a session entitled 'The Core of Trusts - Delicious Delicacy?', which will consider:
- Whether the limits of the “irreducible core” need to be re-thought in the modern world of professional and remunerated trustees?
- Is there a difference of approach in the civil law tradition?
- Have statutory modifications in various jurisdictions been a positive or negative development?
- Is the dividing line between gross negligence and dishonestly or lack of good faith comprehensible and capable of being applied consistently in practice?
The Forum will bring together highly-experienced lawyers and trustees to share their opinions and experiences, providing a high level discussion and informative debate.
