Carey Olsen counsel Amelia Tan will be attending the International Insolvency Institute's Class XIII NextGen Program and 24th Annual Conference, taking place in Singapore from 9-11 June.
The International Insolvency Institute (III) is a global membership of leading professionals, scholars and judges
with expertise in international insolvency law.
Amelia, who is a member of Carey Olsen's litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Singapore, is one of the few professionals globally who was accepted into III's Class XII NextGen Leadership Program in June 2023. The III NextGen Leadership Program was established to create an interesting, informative and valuable environment for younger professionals to liaise and network with world-leading insolvency practitioners.
Participants can expect a thought-provoking line up of panels on the current trends and questions in the industry during the conferences.
Amelia will also be participating in the Moot Court session as part of the Class XIII NextGen Program on 9 June. The session will discuss a number of international insolvency issues.
