Carey Olsen to speak at International Bar Association's Webinar on Restructuring Regimes
Counsel Helen Wang and senior associate Amelia Tan from our Singapore office will be speaking at the event.
Titled 'Current restructuring and bankruptcy regimes: case studies from Canada, the Cayman Islands and Poland', IBA's webinar is due to take place on Friday 22 April 2022 from 1:00pm - 2:00pm BST.
During this webinar, the panel will present the view from different jurisdictions on the restructuring proceedings, institutions and tools that are currently applicable during the COVID-19 pandemic. The speakers will highlight some of the key updates to the Canadian, Cayman and Polish restructuring regimes, respectively, as well as discuss the impact on debtors and creditors and practical points to note during a restructuring.
