Guernsey partner, Natasha Kapp, will be taking part in the breakout session at 10.30am discussing "Individual trustees - the good, the bad and the ugly". 

This session will look at what the impact of trustees’ states of mind on trustees’ decision making is and what the remedies are where only one or some of the trustees are tainted by a deliberately, recklessly, negligently or innocently incorrect approach to a particular decision. Examples will involve conflicts of interest, fraud on a power and Pitt v Holt (Hastings-Bass and mistake).
