VIRTUAL EVENT: Carey Olsen is Headline co-sponsor of the Guernsey Funds Forum 2020

In light of the ongoing coronavirus situation, Guernsey Finance has taken the decision to move the postponed Guernsey Funds Forum event online, and will be holding a virtual event on 2 - 4 November 2020. Day 1: Capitalism with a purpose - rhetoric or reality?

Monday 2 November - 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Against this backdrop, a panel of leading market practitioners will discuss whether 2020 will change capitalism as we know it, or if it is more of a noise and distraction in a ‘western’ context. The panel will also discuss the implications for the global fund community and the investment landscape.

Day 2: The attraction of core values to a diverse universe

In this panel, leading market practitioners will talk about their experiences in managing investors, and how Guernsey’s strengths have supported their needs in the current climate.

Day 3: Keynote Speech - Andrew Neil

Wednesday 4 November - 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Renowned journalist and broadcaster Andrew Neil is the keynote speaker for the Guernsey Funds Forum 2020. Fresh from US Presidential Election Day, Andrew will provide his take on the election and the implications, including what this means for the UK. Andrew will then be joined by Guernsey Finance's CEO, Rupert Pleasant, for a live Q&A session.
