The FutureGen network is targeted at young professionals in the first ten years of their careers in real estate and this series aims to provide engaging educational materials and practical advice in relation to the industry's growing trends.
In this virtual series, experts have so far given a comprehensive overview of the role of the investment manager in an indirect real estate portfolio, including pitching to clients and agreeing a mandate, and constructing a diversified portfolio. The final webinar for 2021 will take place on Wednesday 21 July and will conclude this year's series by looking at ongoing portfolio management, including maintaining compliance with investment guidelines, tactical positioning and the deployment and recycling of capital.
