Carey Olsen admitted as listing sponsor for the Bermuda Stock Exchange

Carey Olsen is pleased to announce that Carey Olsen Listing Services Bermuda Limited has been admitted as an official listing sponsor for the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX").  

The BSX was established in 1971 and is now a leading offshore securities exchange with over 1,300 listings to date, including insurance related securities, debt and investment funds, as well as those of small to medium enterprise companies. It is a full member of the World Federation of Exchanges, and affiliate member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions.

Carey Olsen is now able to sponsor applications for new listings of mutual funds, Eurobonds, depository receipts, and secondary listings on the BSX, as well as assuming the role of listing sponsor for existing listings.
