The funding round reflects increasing investor confidence in the digital transformation of logistics and Akua’s role in driving innovation within the sector.
The Carey Olsen team was led by partner Trevor McCabe, assisted by senior associate Evan Stitt, working alongside onshore counsel Gunderson Dettmer.
Trevor McCabe said “It was a pleasure to work with Akua Technology on this important transaction. The company is delivering meaningful improvements to supply-chain visibility, and we were pleased to support them as they continue to scale their platform.”
