Carey Olsen litigation lawyers named in Asian Legal Business Offshore Client Choice list 2026
Carey Olsen Singapore counsel Kate Lan and Amelia Tan have been recognised in the Asian Legal Business ("ALB") Offshore Client Choice list for 2026.
ALB's Offshore Client Choice list highlights the top offshore lawyers in Asia who have established the strongest client connections and who are known for their ability to handle complex cross-border matters with outstanding results. This year, Kate and Amelia are among just 10 offshore lawyers recognised by ALB.
Kate Lan, counsel in Carey Olsen's litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice, has extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of cross-border litigation and international arbitration matters. Kate has been included in ALB's Offshore Client Choice list for four consecutive years and is ranked as a Leading Associate in Legal 500 Asia Pacific, where she is described as "a hard-hitting senior lawyer who is a determined fighter for her client’s interests, always going the extra mile".
Singapore counsel Amelia Tan has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional shareholder litigation, corporate disputes, fraud and asset tracing, and cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters. Amelia has been consistently named a Leading Associate by Legal 500 Asia Pacific since 2023 and has featured in ALB's Offshore Client Choice for three consecutive years.
