Carey Olsen promotes two Channel Islands lawyers to senior associate
Carey Olsen is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Orton and Nic Le Breuilly to senior associate, effective 1 January 2026.
Sarah works in the firm's Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Guernsey, advising local and international clients on a wide range of matters including corporate and company law disputes, restructuring and insolvency, trust disputes and commercial litigation. She also advises on intellectual property matters and is registered with the Guernsey Intellectual Property Office as a Trade Mark, Patent and Design Rights Intellectual Property agent.
Nic is part of Carey Olsen’s Corporate team in Jersey, advising on a range of debt finance transactions, including real estate, acquisition and fund finance. He qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2019 and was called to the Jersey Bar as an advocate in December 2023.
