Rachel is a partner in the corporate and finance team, advising on a wide range of corporate matters with particular emphasis on investment funds and financing. Rachel has a particularly keen interest in the establishment, regulation and operation of investment funds as well as on general corporate and regulatory issues and banking and financing transactions.

Rachel achieved a Notable Practitioner ranking in the IFLR rankings and has been recognised as a Next Generation Partner in the Investment Funds team for Legal 500.

Career

Rachel joined Carey Olsen in 2013 and completed the Bar Professional Training Course on a part-time basis, qualifying as a Barrister of England and Wales in 2015.

Rachel was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in November 2019 and became a partner in 2024.
