Legal 500 UK

"Kieran Ogilvie was especially helpful and worked tirelessly around time constraints to ensure that nothing was held up and that the lease was signed on time. He was always willing to answer questions, no matter how trivial and highlighted the key areas of the lease we should be most concerned with. Even now after the lease has been signed he still makes himself available should we have any more queries."

Legal 500 UK

"Great communication and good subject matter knowledge."

Chambers and Partners

''I have dealt with Kieran Ogilvie on three occasions, each in relation to commercial property leases. We have been able to successfully negotiate a balanced lease whilst also being granted specific tenants requirements, such as landlord capital contributions, capped property expenses and lease extensions."
