INSOL Beijing and Shanghai
INSOL International will be holding two half-day seminars in the PRC on cross-border insolvency and restructuring in Beijing on September 26th and in Shanghai September 28th.
The technical programme will start with a Bankruptcy Law Update, marking the 10th anniversary of the Chinese Bankruptcy Law, with a focus on the history of the practice over the last decade. The following session will look at the trends and observations on recent bankruptcy cases in China. The panel will then share their experiences of working on high profile cases.
The final session will focus on how to deal with a foreign bankruptcy when a Panda bond issuer goes insolvent.
