Courtney Blampied

Courtney is an associate in the Jersey Dispute Resolution team with a focus on commercial disputes. Courtney's experience includes conventional court litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has been involved in several high value mediations and has an active interest in arbitration. 

Courtney graduated in 2017, attaining a First Class LLB (Hons) Law degree at the University of Exeter and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2023. She is also an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). 

Before returning to Jersey and joining Carey Olsen in 2020, Courtney was sponsored by a law firm in Sydney NSW where she worked in the Dispute Resolution team. Her key clients included various departments of the Australian Government.
