Judge Wang Fang of Shenzhen Bankruptcy Court will present on pre-package reorganisation related issues. The webinar is taking place on 14 August and the working language is Mandarin.

Judge Wang Fang currently sits on the Shenzhen Bankruptcy Court, Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, which is widely recognized as one of the most progressive bankruptcy benches in China. She has extensive experience in dealing with bankruptcy liquidation and reorganisation. Her recent docket includes the bankruptcy of Jade Cargo International Airlines Co., Ltd. in late 2017, in which several Boeing 747 freighters were sold through online auction to Chinese and foreign buyers. As a seasoned judge, she also has rich experience in enforcement of civil judgments and the administration and publicity function of the judiciary. Judge Wang obtains her LL.B from Shanghai International Studies University and LL.M from Hong Kong University.
