Carey Olsen sponsors Transcontinental Trusts: Bermuda 2024

This annual event will be celebrating it's 10th anniversary in 2024 and attracts trusts practitioners from across the globe. The conference will cover issues such as global minimum tax, special assets, beneficial ownership, digital assets and crypto, tech and AI and more. 

Partner Keith Robinson will chair the session titled "offshore litigation round up", and senior counsel Claire van Overdijk KC will be on the panel session "digital assets and trusts - examining the issues and new case law".
