Beth is an associate in Carey Olsen's Jersey corporate team. She assists on a range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity investments and reorganisations.

Career

Beth joined Carey Olsen's Jersey corporate team in October 2024, after being admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2024. She completed her training contract at BDB Pitmans in London.

Beth obtained a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in London.
