Hannah Barr

Hannah is a corporate administrator for Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited, Carey Olsen's corporate services provider business. Hannah is a qualified chartered secretary and an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.

Hannah began her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers supporting the audit team ensuring clients were compliant with UK FCA regulations. She then moved teams internally to the Entity Governance and Compliance team as a senior associate. In this role Hannah collaborated closely with a broad range of clients, specifically in the financial services industry and private limited companies, to manage their annual Financial Statements and Confirmation Statements.

Hannah has previously provided corporate governance and regulatory compliance for large clients as well assisting with board meetings, minutes & resolutions, board changes and share capital updates.

Hannah holds a BSc in Law with Criminology and a MSc in Management and Corporate Governance at the University of Ulster. She also is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
