Lisa Walls

Lisa is a corporate administrator for Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited, Carey Olsen's corporate services provider business. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2025, Lisa spent 8 years working across the tax & legal function at Deloitte Malta, the Corporate Services team at MJM Europe Limited and the Company Secretarial team at KPMG Ireland, covering various jurisdictions including the UK & Ireland, Malta and Bermuda.

Lisa primarily specialises in the provision of professional services and company secretarial services to include corporate services/ transactions for national and multinational entities, company secretarial services, adherence to compliance obligations and Client Relationship Management. Lisa's experience spans from company law, risk management, AML regulations, Trust and Foundations and CRM.
