We currently have opportunities for mid-level lawyers with a strong corporate law background to join our prestigious corporate team in our Cayman office.

To work as part of a team in the Cayman Islands practice, advising institutional and non-institutional clients, both locally and internationally, on all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.

​Our team specialises in banking and finance corporate, M&A, investment funds, regulatory, taxation, economic substance and listings on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. 

We are currently recruiting for commonwealth qualified lawyers with 6-8 years' post qualification experience of Corporate Transaction such as M&A, Capital Market and Finance etc. from a top tier corporate or commercial firm and excellent academics.

The candidate will be able to cover the full spectrum of commercial transactions, include international equity offerings, IPOs, Joint Ventures, Private Equity work and cross border Mergers and Acquisitions.
