Amelia Tan speaking at the Singapore Insolvency Conference 2025
Carey Olsen Singapore Counsel, Amelia Tan, will be attending and speaking at the Singapore Insolvency Conference held at PARKROYAL Collection Marina Bay on 7-8 October 2025.
The Singapore Insolvency Conference is organised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS) and the largest restructuring and insolvency conference in Singapore, offering a platform for practitioners, lawyers and financiers to exchange insights and perspectives.
Amelia will be part of the panel on "Singapore as a debt restructuring hub" which will discuss topics including Singapore's evolving role in cross-border restructurings, its alignment with global best practices and current challenges.
