We are looking to recruit an established Lawyer into a Counsel level position in the Corporate practice area in our Bermuda office.

​This role will cover all aspects of Corporate and Finance Transaction matters such as Financing, Banking, Private Equity, Insurance/Reinsurance, Structuring and Restructuring, Investment Funds, Investments relating to Leading, Fund Finance, Asset Finance, as well as ​Capital Market, Joint Venture, Digital Asset, Asset Management, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, M&A, etc. 

The qualified candidate with have at least 9 year PQE and qualified as Lawyer in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, and should has solid relevant experience of Corporate and Finance Transaction law from top tier law firm, strong academics and excellent relationship management & problem solving skills.
