Carey Olsen's Cayman Island team has advised BotCity on its US$12M Series A funding round. The investment marks an important milestone in BotCity’s growth as it continues to expand its automation technology offering across global markets.
BotCity’s platform, which enables organisations to automate repetitive processes using computer vision and machine learning, has seen rapid adoption across sectors that are prioritising digital transformation. The new capital injection will support further product development and accelerate international scaling.
The Carey Olsen team was led by partner Trevor McCabe, assisted by senior associate Evan Stitt, acting alongside onshore counsel WilmerHale.
