We currently have an opportunity for a junior funds and digital assets associate-level lawyer with a strong corporate law background to join the prestigious corporate team in our British Virgin Islands office.

We are currently recruiting for commonwealth qualified lawyers with 1-2 years' post qualification experience in corporate funds from a top tier corporate or commercial firm.

Individuals will work as part of a team in the BVI practice, advising institutional and non-institutional clients, both locally and internationally, on all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.

Established in 2013, our BVI corporate practice encompasses a full range of legal advice regarding corporate and finance, investment funds and banking.  We advise some of the world's leading global and financial institutions.
