Rebecca is an associate in the corporate team, based in Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. She advises on a wide range of corporate matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and general corporate advisory work.

Career

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2026, Rebecca trained in‑house at a large international technology company (listed on the Nikkei) and later qualified as a solicitor and moved to KPMG Law. During this time, she advised on a broad range of corporate and finance matters, including cross‑border M&A, complex international corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.

Rebecca holds an undergraduate degree in International Law from Nottingham Trent University, which included a year abroad studying Politics at Southwestern University in Texas. She has also obtained a master’s degree in Law and Legal Practice at Nottingham Trent University and was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in September 2022.

Rebecca is a dual national (England and Spain) and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. She has experience combining her languages at work and has worked extensively with clients in Spain.
