Senior Associate - Corporate Finance (VA726)

We currently have an opportunity for a junior lawyer with a strong corporate finance or banking background to join the prestigious corporate team in our Jersey Islands office.

This role will focus on financing and banking caseloads including fund finance, debt capital markets, private equity and complex structured finance transactions. 

We are currently recruiting for a commonwealth qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE of corporate finance or banking from a top tier firm and excellent academics.
