Sarah Hagarty

Sarah is an associate in Carey Olsen’s Bermuda corporate team, advising on the Bermuda law aspects of corporate and finance matters. She has experience working with clients ranging from start-ups to multinational organisations across a broad spectrum of industries.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Sarah practised at a leading tax firm and a corporate law boutique in Toronto, where she advised on corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions and corporate structuring.

Sarah was called to the bar in Ontario and Nova Scotia after completing an undergraduate degree in business economics and a law degree with a specialisation in business law.
