Rebecca Guéno

Rebecca is an associate in the dispute resolution and litigation team in Jersey. She has experience advising on a range of disputes including corporate and commercial disputes, contentious insolvency, and contentious trusts work. 

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Rebecca trained at other Jersey firms, where she gained experience in fraud, asset-freezing and recovery, insolvency work, contentious trust and corporate disputes, high value estate disputes and criminal matters.

Rebecca was called to the Jersey Bar in 2025. She originally qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2023. 

Rebecca obtained a degree in Law (LLB Hons) from Durham University in 2013 and completed the LPC and a Masters in International Legal Practice in 2014.
