Career
Rochelle qualified as a New Zealand solicitor in 2011 where she began her career in the corporate team at a large New Zealand law firm. She moved to the United Kingdom in 2017 where she was an in-house lawyer for high-profile technology companies, guiding them through major growth periods and capital events. Most recently, she was the United Kingdom General Counsel, Company Secretary and director for a global technology company listed in Europe before moving to the Cayman Islands in 2025.
