We are seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst with a focus on Innovation and AI initiatives. The purpose of this role is to hold responsibility for the development of innovative legal tech and AI systems that deliver business value and efficiencies, enhance client experience, and support strategic growth in the business.
The role will be based in our Southampton office.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Support the Group's Innovation and AI strategy by evaluating, implementing and optimising legal technology and AI solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned systems, ensuring they are secure, effective and aligned to business needs
- Gather requirements, deliver technology solutions and drive process improvements, efficiency gains and cost savings
- Provide technical support, resolve incidents and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, delivering excellent customer service and acting as a technology ambassador
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge resources and support materials
- Mentor colleagues, share best practice and support the wider Technology team
- Ensure compliance with technology governance, cyber security, privacy and risk management requirements
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately, providing recommendations and practical solutions
The successful candidate will be passionate about technology, AI and innovation, enjoys solving problems and delivering improvement, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You should bring:
- A number of years' experience in implementing and supporting a variety of law firm centric innovative AI systems (legaltech).
- Demonstrated ability in solving business problems.
- Experience of working within a technology change management environment
- Experience in the development and/or management of system integrations and knowledge of APIs would be advantageous.
- Higher/degree level education would be an advantage.
- Hold relevant Technology or Project Management qualifications, or be prepared to study towards one.
