Solene is an associate in Carey Olsen's Bermuda corporate team. She advises on a range of corporate, regulatory and finance matters, with particular experience in investment funds, structured finance, derivatives and digital assets. Solene has advised asset managers, investment funds, financial institutions and emerging technology businesses on cross-border transactions, regulatory matters and governance issues.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Solene worked across a number of international financial centres, advising clients on complex finance and investment fund matters, as well as blockchain and cryptocurrency projects.

Career

Before joining Carey Olsen, Solene worked at leading international law firms in Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore, where she advised on investment funds, derivatives and structured finance transactions. She also gained in-house experience with a Cayman-based investment fund and has more recently advised blockchain and digital asset businesses on regulatory and commercial matters.

Solene is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and is also qualified in France. She was previously registered as a foreign lawyer in Hong Kong and Singapore. Solene holds both an an LLM and an MBA in International Business Law.
