Senior Associate / Counsel (VA857)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Counsel to join our Trust and Private Wealth practice in Bermuda. 

The team advises professional trustees, private individuals and families, financial institutions, and charities, on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious trust and private wealth matters.

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will play an integral part in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and other advisors. 

Applications will be accepted from individuals with a minimum of six years’ post-qualification experience and have experience of, or a strong interest in, the full spectrum of non-contentious and semi-contentious private client work including trust and supplemental deed drafting; trust law analysis and advisory work; wealth structuring and family office planning; restructuring exercises; regulatory/compliance advice; will drafting and probate applications. 

Individuals should be offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified, with a keen interest in trusts and private wealth practice
