Nick is an associate in Carey Olsen's trusts and private wealth practice in Jersey.
He advises on a broad range of non-contentious and semi-contentious trust and fiduciary matters, including the establishment, restructuring and ongoing administration of private wealth structures, charitable and non-charitable purpose trusts and foundations.
Nick regularly assists trustees, family offices and high net worth individuals with the governance and administration of trust structures. His work includes drafting trust documentation and related instruments, advising on fiduciary obligations, and providing practical guidance on the management and preservation of wealth across generations.
He acts for institutional fiduciaries and private clients both in Jersey and internationally.
Career
Nick graduated from Loughborough University in 2021 with a first class degree in Information Technology Management for Business.
He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2024.
