Recruitment Administrator (VA877)

We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to a busy and evolving Recruitment team, helping to deliver a professional and efficient recruitment experience across multiple jurisdictions, business areas and career levels.​

This is a full-time role that can be based in either our Jersey or London office.​

Key duties include:​

  • Preparing vacancy adverts, job descriptions, recruitment packs and careers content using approved templates
  • Posting vacancies across the careers site, applicant tracking system and external advertising channels in line with local requirements
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, meeting rooms and candidate communications
  • Monitoring the recruitment inbox, responding to routine enquiries and escalating where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate candidate, vacancy and application records within the applicant tracking system
  • Supporting the administration of speculative applications, talent pools and candidate databases
  • Assisting with trainee, student, work experience and early careers recruitment campaigns
  • Maintaining recruitment templates, folders, trackers and process documentation
  • Supporting recruitment compliance activities, including candidate data retention and vacancy archiving
  • Updating approved content across careers and recruitment platforms
  • Collating recruitment data and assisting with reporting, salary benchmarking and market intelligence activities
  • Maintaining agency, preferred supplier and terms of business records, including supporting invoice administration and reporting
  • Gathering candidate and employee feedback to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve recruitment systems, technology, reporting and administrative processes​

The ideal candidate will:​

  • Have previous experience in an administrative, coordination or operational support role
  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Be confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, together with business systems or databases
  • Have a proactive, dependable and collaborative approach
  • Be comfortable communicating with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Have an interest in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or professional services (desirable)
  • Have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment system (desirable)
  • Be interested in process improvement, technology and delivering an excellent candidate experience​
