Alexandra Stevens

Alexandra is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's Guernsey property team, with particular expertise in wills, estates and succession planning. She has extensive experience advising on residential and commercial property transactions, as well as wills, probate, capacity and estate planning.

Alexandra advises clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on commercial leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants.

She also provides advice on all aspects of Guernsey wills and probate, including the registration of wills of personalty and realty, rectification of wills, lasting powers of attorney and wider succession planning matters.

Alexandra graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History in 2007 before completing her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in 2012.

She began her legal career in Jersey in 2008 as a conveyancer and qualified as a Jersey Solicitor in October 2015. She was called to the Jersey Bar as an Advocate in November 2018.
