Alina Liew

Alina is an associate in the Cayman and BVI investment funds, corporate and finance practice of Carey Olsen's London office. She advises on BVI and Cayman laws across a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

Alina joined Carey Olsen in December 2025. She graduated from Durham University, UK in 2019 with an LL.B (Hons) First Class.

Prior to relocating to London and joining Carey Olsen, Alina trained and qualified in the corporate mergers and acquisition department of WongPartnership LLP where she spent 4 years. Whilst at WongPartnership, her main practice areas were cross-border corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, start-up and venture capital matters across various jurisdictions including Singapore and Indonesia, and general corporate and commercial transactions.

She is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore.
