Arya is a senior associate in the corporate and finance group.
Arya advises on a wide range of Guernsey insurance legal and regulatory matters including advising on high-value longevity swaps, insurance M&A, the establishment, licensing and ongoing regulation of Guernsey licensed insurance companies, insurance managers and insurance intermediaries, as well as advising on insurance-linked financing arrangements involving Guernsey structures.
Career
Arya qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008. He moved from Eversheds Newcastle to J.S. Gale & Co in Hong Kong in 2011. Arya joined Carey Olsen in 2016.
