Cassmine is an associate in the corporate practice of Carey Olsen's Singapore office.
Cassmine advises a broad client base including financial institutions, multinational corporations, private equity sponsors and investment funds on a range of corporate, financing and commercial matters, including acquisition financings, fund financings, real estate financings.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Cassmine practised in the banking and finance department of a leading Singapore law firm, where she acted for borrowers, lenders and sponsors on various domestic and cross-border financing mandates.
Cassmine graduated with an LL.B. (Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
