Claudia Barker

Claudia is an associate in Jersey's private wealth and trust team, predominantly dealing with wills, probate and capacity matters.

Claudia assists with preparing probate applications for and administering local, non-Jersey domiciled and fast track estates.

She frequently drafts wills for local and non-Jersey domiciled clients. She also provides advice on and prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Claudia qualified as an English Solicitor in 2025 and joined Carey Olsen shortly after. 

She obtained her law degree from the University of Liverpool in 2019. She later completed the LPC at the University of Law.
