Duke Le Prevost

Duke is the head of company secretarial and governance for Carey Olsen Client Services (Guernsey) Limited, the firm’s dedicated corporate services provider in Guernsey. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (UK & Ireland), holding the Diploma in International Finance and Administration and brings extensive experience in corporate governance, company secretarial services, and fund administration.

With more than 12 years’ experience in Guernsey’s financial services industry, Duke has developed a strong track record supporting complex corporate and fund structures. Prior to joining the firm, he held a senior role with a global financial services provider, where he was responsible for delivering corporate and fund administration services to a diverse international client base.

Duke began his career in Guernsey’s fund administration sector, initially working with a large European private equity firm before progressing to roles launching & supporting London Stock Exchange-listed entities. He later joined Apex, where he managed a broad portfolio of clients requiring both administration and company secretarial support. In this role, he led the overarching administration services for a significant client group which focused on private debt and property investment structures, overseeing the full lifecycle of a London Stock Exchange-listed company from orderly realisation through to liquidation, as well as the launch of a range of regulated and unregulated structures.

He also held a senior departmental leadership position, managing a team of more than 20 company secretaries in Guernsey alongside a further 20 financial services professionals in outsourced jurisdictions.
