Emily is a member of the property team in Guernsey and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing and private client matters.
Career
Emily has a background in property law, conveyancing, private client matters and litigation.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2021, she worked in various legal roles and was a conveyancer for a local law firm specialising in residential and commercial property matters and working with lending banks to secure legal charges against Guernsey realty.
Emily is currently studying towards the Solicitor Qualifying Examinations (SQE) and she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons), Diploma of Higher Education in Law, Certificate of Higher Education in Law, Advanced Diploma in Civil Litigation and Legal Secretaries Diploma.
Emily is also a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association (GILA).
