Hannah Rigby

Hannah is an associate in the employment, pensions and incentives team based in Jersey.

Hannah advises on all aspects of offshore employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her practice includes advising on employment contracts, workplace disputes, employee incentive schemes, and data protection compliance. She works closely with employers, senior executives and HR professionals across a range of sectors, providing guidance on complex employment issues.

She regularly assists with the drafting of employment documentation and policies and supports clients in navigating regulatory frameworks and cross-border employment matters. Hannah acts for and advises institutional clients, financial services businesses and private employers in Jersey and internationally.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Hannah trained at Clyde & Co, gaining experience in employment, litigation and professional negligence.

Hannah graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2022 with a First Class LLB in Law and went on to complete her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in 2023.
